We collect only the information needed to answer enquiries, process orders, meet legal obligations and operate this website. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Amaari Fragrances.

- Your name, contact details, delivery address and order information.
- Messages you send to us and records needed for customer service.
- Limited technical information used for security and website operation.
Analytics
Google Analytics is disabled unless you accept analytics on the website. If accepted, it helps us understand visits, page use, checkout clicks and verified purchases. We retain campaign labels in session storage for the current browser tab and pass them to Stripe with the product reference to help attribute orders. With your consent, the confirmation page sends Google the currency, total paid including delivery and a pseudonymous transaction reference. We do not send your name, address, email or card details to Google. You can reopen “Analytics choices” at any time and reject future analytics collection.
Payment confirmation
Stripe sends signed payment notifications so that we can verify completed payments. Our website keeps a hashed checkout reference, payment total, currency, entry product and any consented campaign reference for up to 400 days. These records support order confirmation and sales reconciliation. They do not contain card details or delivery addresses and are separate from accounting records kept to meet legal obligations.
How we use it
We use personal information to fulfil orders, communicate with you, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and comply with the law. We do not sell personal information.
